Cold Weather:
1. Duck and oyster gumbo 2. Oyster & artichoke soup 3. Pot roasted venison with fresh mushrooms and green onions Warm weather: 1. Cieveche 2. Fish Taco's 3. Boiled crabs Desert: 1. Bannana Foster 2. Orange cake with rum sauce 3. Pop Rouge home made ice cream. Thought i would throw that in for very hot summer days!
