I started off by sautee spinich down and set in buttered casserol dish. After the spinach has wilted down, i cooked some thick cut peppered bacon to a crisp and added it to the dish. I retained the grease for a white gravy.....YUMMY I add the eggs to the casserole dish and top with the white gravy then off to the oven it goes for 15-18 minutes at 400. End result with a little sausage.... Hope you enjoy! |

Did you make that sausage? I only tried stuffing my own snack sticks once...total pain in the butt...swore I'd never try it again
