Saying someone ingesting a substance is a criminal act is ridiculous. Selling to kids yes. Execute them. I don't care.
If you look at it as there is no good or bad substance ( which the are not ) substances can't be good or bad they just are. If you look at it that way police action on drug offenders is essentially a tax evasion offense. Spiral Out
