The hardest part to learn with the Bubba Blade is to hold back and stop at tail to flip and skin out, it cuts through ribs of reds and specks like butter but then you have to hold back. If i have a lot of fish to clean I don't let anyone get on my right side and just cut all the way through flip and again all the way then skin out, its very fast.
