7mm-08 in the most heavy bolt action you can find. you can also put a muzzle break on it that will also reduce the recoil.
the Tikka's are damn fine guns, but id stay away from the T3-light if recoil is a prob. I should know I shoulder a 300WSM in a T3-light when I hunt out to 300yds or better.
