Looks nice dude.... maybe one day I can make it that way and help you cook on it.

And we can discuss the child labor you used too weld it up lol.......

As for the child labor...Isn't that why we have them?!

If it's still running in my possession, I may pass by the SC Tourney this year with it!

If you got any big cooks planned this Spring for a charity function, etc..... Give me some notice and if I'm off, I will be there.... It's a lot of work but great when everyone on the team knows what they are doing.

Again, nice looking rig. I'm jealous.

This whole thing was basically built for charity functions and, personal entertainment. I may have a bit of a complex...I suffer from "So, you think that's a big rig?!" syndrome! LOL! Really, I'm not much on competitive cooking or competitive anything. I gauge my food quality on the smiles, compliments and, quiet tables!

April 6 this year should be a pretty big one for us. We'll likely be cooking for a car show for The Little Angels Foundation. Eman, my go-to-guy for cooking, will be out of town that weekend. I'll know soon if we're cooking and, let you know.
