When you download and run spybot search and destroy as paul is correctly telling you, do it in safe mode with networking here is directions on how to do that.

That will take care of any browser hijacks you have.
After doing so download glary utilities, and run the 1 click fix
(this does not need to be done in safe mode but does not hurt)
Then download install and use either Chrome, or Firefox as your internet brower, for either of those also install the Adblock plus extension

follow those step by step, and you will be amazed at just how quick your puter can run.
