FlagUS Easy as it gets!! 11-10-13

Lance Trotti, Keith & Kevin Besson were back onboard with me today for another trout slam. As soon as I dropped the Power Pole Kevin was reeling in a trout. That started off a chain reaction of catching, as it was fish on almost every-cast for a good hour!!! Single rigged Matrix (avocado, green hornet, pink champagne) gets the job done every day in Dularge. Tight lining the baits in the 2-3 ft depths extremely slow did the trick as the trout cannot resist them. Once things slowed we made one more move and found more hungry fish wanting the Matrix Shad under corks. We added another 20 fish and wrapped things up!!! Good as it gets down in Dularge with some really nice fish hitting the cleaning tables everyday. Big fish today went 21 inches. Thanks again guys, and I look forward to our next trip!!

Big thanks to Capt Travis Miller for taking care of Scott Bumpus and his kids. They smashed the trout and bass big time.

Big thanks also to Capt Rob Dupont for showing Jerry Wood and family from Wyoming how the reds and trout fight down in South Louisiana. The crew really enjoyed their day catching a bunch of fish.

Semper Fi and a Happy Birthday to all my fellow Marines
