pretty much any slaughterhouse will sell cleaned tongues, I sell em too

There is a guy from Mexico visiting here for some training. He was just asking me if I knew of a restaurant that serves "barbacoa" which turns out to be cow tongue. Anyone know any restaurants that serve it in the Lafayette area?

Cafe Josephine in Sunset has beef tongue plate lunches on Thursday I think.

La Pagua in Time Plaza has cow tongue tacos.
