Sheriff's Office gives the tickets DA's office prosecutes the tickets.
Call the DA's office the Sheriff’s Office is not the ones who reduces it to a non-moving violation. [SIZE=3]Never had an issue with any DA’s office not wanting to reduce a ticket to a non-moving.[/SIZE]
