Garfish bite!!!!

Hit the calcasieu this morning to try for bass and garfish. Caught a couple banana fish and baited a few jugs. Not 15 minutes and we had our first run. Pick up the jug and when I was gettin close wit the hammer the gar jumped out the water and his teeth slices my hand open. Went to the house real quick and washed it out wrapped it and went back out. Found a few bass. Went back to check our jugs and we had a leader completely gone off one. Don't know if the swivel broke or someone helped themselves to our fish.

Dang man that's not good about the gar bite but at least u had a good catch.

Better. Doing too much and need to slow down. THAT is hard for me to do.
