Inspired by Big-C's post yesterday, I decided to scratch out a 7-steak gravy. It smells soooo good in my kitchen right now.Used some tasso from Mels in Reddell in my gravy and in my green beans. Cut up some home grown tomatoes, cucumbers, cayenne and banana peppers and will try to get a plate pic when everything is ready.

Looks good I'll have to post some of my seafood dishes and see how you like them,enjoy your meal .I'm sitting here at the fire station praying nothing happens.
