no preference for me. I don't pay attention to the curl of the tail. On the gulp mullet there is a curved side (belly I guess) and a straight side (back I guess). I always pop the hook out of the straight side.
I can't see how any orientation would be better than another. As long as the tail can twirl it should be good. |
