Default V-Bay Monday @ the Pass

After catching 30 plus redfish on Saturday in the Pass I decided to take a rest day on Sunday and headed back out first thing Monday morning hitting all the same spots as Saturday. Water was a little rougher but the water color was not good at all, it was dirty. Not one redfish. Caught a couple little throwback drum. The bait was not there like it was on Saturday. Same high tide as Saturday just fishing was totally opposite.

That's why there are not many guides out of the point and surrounding areas. Just not a place where you can have a plan b. Hard to beat when it's good though.

There is a lot of other spots to fish reds in vb other than sw pass. Somtimes live bait does the trick.......
