What as been kicked around on the Obama plan is a 60/40 which would put users of the plan paying 40 percent. If that does hold out to be the case there will be some unhappy people when you consider a child birth costing between $7,000 to $14,000 not including a c section. Want a cat scan? 40 percent of around $2,000. Let the good times roll....
