That's what keeps me buying the bigger name company rods; service.
If I break the rod shame on me, but if a rod breaks, guide come off, handle or seat gets loose I want to be able to get it fixed and fixed fast. I bought 1 semi custom rod from Superior Bait & Tackle in BR, mark told me it i have issues at any time to bring it back and swap out. He would handle the warranty / fix of issue. That's the biggest reason I bought it. |
