Sounds suspect. I left two packs in the side pouch of my tackle bag all day in the sun in the boat and they didn't melt. Something I did notice is if you leave them in the grass ants will swarm all over them. Ken do y'all put a sent on these things.

No scent, maybe the smell of trout! Always store you Vudu in separate bag or box away from PVC plastics.
