Went out yesterday afternoon with a few buddies. We struggled on the fishing end, 5 trout, 1 red for our troubles.

What was interesting though is that we saw a sea turtle while we were drifting the south end. Has anyone ever seen a sea turtle in the lake before? I thought this was pretty cool!

And before the peanut gallery chimes in and says it was just a regular turtle, it was close enough off the bow to net, and it had the curved fins and sloped shell.
Definite sea turtle, I would of netted and taken a pic, but the calmer heads on the boat reminded me that the Feds would not be amused if I did that.

when I worked at Dii by LNG we'd see them in the turning basin. We've seen at least 3 different ones, seemed like two different species possibly.
