The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

They usually triple the recipe

20 oz of whole kernel corn
8oz cream cheese
4oz of butter
1 tbsp of sugar
Salt and white pepper to taste

Combine everything and cook on low stirring occasionally for 1-2 hours.

Also can be made in a crockpot on low for 4 hrs stirring occasionally.

I'll have to try this out. I love some cream style corn.
