Why can't event organizers red line any private areas on their website for all participants to see and acknowledge by release? It's not difficult...its NOT the tournament responsibility to worry about where someone fishes as long as they follow the rules which states " all public water ways "

So if the land owners place a sign that should be enough for any angler to understand

If another angler sees a guy fishing in a no fishing zone or place off limits, all he had to do is take pictures and report the angler
