Man, y'alls outdoor kitchens are nicer and, likely more expensive than my ghetto house! My wife would KILL me if I built myself that nice of an outdoor kitchen and, left her inside with that POS that we live in now!!

My outdoor kitchen consist of an old kitchen table we had in our first rent house, a cajun chef 3 burner stove, a propane tank, and a weber kettle grill.

I do have a 12' x 22' slab with connected to my carport that I would like to convert into an outdoor kitchen, sunroom, florida room type thing, first thing I want to do is close in my back porch and make an office/mudroom. It's 16'6" x 8'6"

Mine is going to be pretty simple. I am having cabinets built on the back porch with granite top. I am having hot and cold water ran to it with a big stainless sink and gas for the burners. There will be a fridge and tv also. No built in grill though. I like my charcoal and cast iron grill/smoker.

I should have said.......you should not connect natural gas to a burner that is designed for propane to use to boil seafood.

A propane burner has a much smaller "orifice" and will not allow enough natural gas to flow into the burner to produce enought heat to boil seafood. Propane gas has about 5 times more "energy" than the same amount of natural gas.

Fixing to build one for a customer who I build their home. They bought the lot next to the house just for a outdoor kitchen it will have 48" commercial range, grill, boiling station, rotisserie , brick pizza oven, green egg.........the list goes on.

I suggest taking a ride to Baton Rouge and going to shoppers choice , they have about 20 outdoor kitchens set up behind the store... Pretty cool . Also my new home will be in the parade of homes and shoppers choice will be there cooking in my outdoor kitchen and have a raffle for an outdoor kitchen and lots of other specials. Pm me if you are interested in going

That kitchen is sweet!

Anyone seen screens that roll up and down by motor? How reliable are they and how much? Also what's the best way to cool a patio?

Use a fan or enclose the patio and install a window unit A/C.
