05 f150 4.6 v8 when I pulled a 18ft xpress w/ 150 4stroke yammy only get 9mpg, but I adverage 15 in city 18 on highway. sometimes I get a little better on hwy but not often!

I knew i was gonna regret making this thread.... I get the same mpg as you guys but have a v6... I could've had a v8

1999 2-door 4x4 Tahoe, 5.7L, 6" lift, 35" tires, 4.56 gears. I get about 12.5-13.5mpg not towing. 11.5mpg towing an 18' Alweld with 50hp Tohatsu.

It tows the Jonboat effortlessly with the 4.56 gears and it will go most anywhere with the Toyo MT's but good gas mileage is not an option.
