Ya'll making me hungry!
My sister and I are doin' the duties.

Pot roasted doves
Vermicelli rice
brandied sweet potato casserole
cornbread dressing with venison sausage
baby lima beans
pork roast stuffed deboned turkey

dessert!!!!!!
my fig pie (sweet dough)
sister's pecan pie
aunt's coconut pie

couple the desserts with a large pot of dark roast coffee......nap time!

Well at our house it's the traditional Turkey, Rice Dressing, string beans, sweet potato cassorle, Mac & Cheese, and Ima probably do a few duck ka bobs and maybe a roast as well.

I got one of those Oil free Turkey Fryers for my birthday this year so I'm going to shoot em up with some juice and give it a whirl... alot of people have told me how tasty they are... cant wait!!

The oilless fryers work great. Just make sure and check your temps all over the bird. May need to flip the bird during cooking.

how long do you have to cook a turkey minutes per pound ?
