I was told that seafoam is not good for an outboard. This is coming from an very reputable source. I would use the powertune over seafoam.

I was told Seafoam was the best thing you could run...Now I'm totally confused and would really like to find out. Any outboard mechanics care to comment on this?

I have an idea of your source and either he told you wrong or you heard wrong, either way you an idiot..... Seafoam is made to use in a 2 stroke, it's labeled for it, don't use Chemtool B12 because it dries seals and seats

You could do it at the house if you have the waterhose attachment to go to your motor. This is a must do if you have a neighbor with a Prius
