The Big Pasture was chock-a-block full. Chris, the ponds right in front of the Church are covered. Our marsh had 'em all over! North of the highway dey was tick, tick! Lookin' as good as I ever seen it for GC. Could use 2 inches of water in the South marsh.

it's amazing how many ducks are in there right now. It's looking like it did before rita hit. The section our blind is in is straight fresh water no salinity in it at all. We have bullwhips and lily pads starting to grow in the canals. The water looks like lacassine reserve water black and clear. I think it's gonna be a great year back there.
