Blackwood on top. Rowland on right and Wallace on the bottom. Most of us do not recognize Bud Rowland as holding the current record. The fish was released after she was photographed. Two others fishing nearby witnessed the weight on a boga, and verified it to authorities. To this day I still can not believe it. Would you release the state record???
