A Friday thru Monday weekend would be $500. Have a couple of buddies going pressure was the exterior and take some pics this weekend. I work out of the country so I'm really flexible with the days of the week also.

Forgot to mention that it's got full amentities too, 25" tv w/ cable, washer and dyer, oven/stove with utensils and a few pots/pans, and a fish cleaning station inside the screened in porch. Private neighborhood, so no wait at the landing.

$400 for Monday thru Thursday and $150/night during the week.
Wanting to keep the weekends as a package deal.
I've also just purchased an ice machine. Just needs to be delivered and hooked up. Should have it ready to go within the next 2 weeks.

I have a group of 6 coming down in mid August. Looking for a place to set them up. We will be fishing out of COCO Marina. How far are you from there? One night stay with late check out if possible. Need a place to clean up before we head back home.

The camp is less than 5 minutes drive to CoCo Marina, about 1 mile north of the 57/56 intersection. I'm sure we can work it out if you'd like to stay. Do you have definitive dates?
