I've owned 2 of the 23' bay boats in the last 5 years. I actually thought both of them had great layouts, fished good, and actually rode great. I had 0 problems with getting wet. Some things were cheapened on the finish, but I wouldn't have a problem buying another one. You hear a lot of bad, if you look there are a lot of owners who are very happy also.
