What is your favorite item to add to your crawfish boil?

Without a doubt I like mushrooms the best. Second would be onions cut in half wrapped in aluminum foil - the heart of the onion is hard to beat. Third would be French style green beans. Fourth small red potatoes - fresh from garden is the best. Most of the time 10 lbs of potatoes and corn get thrown away....... You can only eat so much left overs. Take them extra potatoes and make some potato salad with corn and crawfish tails in it
