What kind of snake is this? Found it on my porch when I got home. The only thing I know about snakes is kill them all!!! Them things scare the hell out of me.

I try to keep em around cuz they eat mice and stuff, but my Rat Terrier says otherwise and kills everyone she sees.

I have been bit plenty by ribbon snakes. Have bought a few from pet shops and also caught wild ones for pets when I was a kid. Had them draw blood on me before. They'll stick ya!

Used to catch those as kid in the gullies around maplewood also caught newts...if I know it's non poisonous I will not kill it...

I caught one when I was a kid at my grandparent's house and talked my mom into letting me bring it home as a pet. The little bastard bit me so I threw it out the window at 65mph!!!

most snakes with green on them are the best kind to have around, don't kill em. especially a king snake.
