Well I have to say it came out pretty good along with the boiled ones. Actually was trying tapatalk out so I could make sure I knew how to post. Going to my camp @ Toledo Bend all week and wanted to be able to post some reports. Thanks guys

Looks really tasty. There is a Cajun place in Indy called Yats and they have a chili cheese etoufee that is pretty outstanding. Actually, most all of their dishes are outstanding. You Cajun folks really know how to cook.
