How you cook that on the grill. Is it over a low temp fire?? Do you baste it??? How long does it take.

My old grill had a rotisserie, Id inject it then let it turn at low heat for 4-5 hrs wow is all i can say

Low heat . I light both burners sear it a little on both sides then turn the fire off on one burner ,turn the other burner up a little and let it cook . It took about 3 1/2 hours. Kinda lost track a little we were watching re-runs of the redneck vacation.

This is how I roll......brine it for about 8 hours. Roll it black pepper and sear it on the charcoal pit all the way around....... move it to the low heat side and cook it till it hits 165 in the middle.....about 45-60 minutes
