My doctor wants me to start the Alli. He said it is the only thing he will allow me to take with my "health" problems. I've been recording calories, reading labels, and going to the gym. So far I have lost 4 lbs in a week and a half.

I want to lose a total of about 50 lbs. (The right way!)
I have broken them up into 10 lbs intervals so that I can reward myself as I go. This is to keep me motivated. I've been working on the elliptical almost every night and made it to 3 miles last night! Big accomplishment! |
