IDK the exact numbers but there is going to be a considerable amount of personell being dropped. Its not a seniority thing, but more like a you're gone, and you're gone type deal, but the guys fresh out of boot are staying in. The Marine Corps doesn't have the biggest budget so they are going to take the brunt of cuts. And I do think its a mix of active and reservists getting cut so the half word might be wrong.
