Thanks guys. I never thought of the chain, looks like I'll be getting one. I saw a plastic coated one at Academy, don't know how that coating holds up. I'll probably go with a grapple as PUREBAY2200 suggested. Thanks for the tips, may they save you all from future (unintended) encroachment violations.
