Good luck bro,I am tired of catching bass. That is all I fished for this year mostly. Want to catch something that pulls back.

get out of henderson! lol This is near the time of year when me and a buddy boated some nice 5+ pound fish, so I figured with the low pressure the big girls should be acting up again. Plus nothing beats a frog bite

Haha henderson is the close though! I have not caught a 5+ bass in the basin in several years. I know you got some hot spots in your neck of the woods. Lake martin has some big bass, but I have trouble fishing all day for one or two bites.

only been to Lake Martin once, I mainly bream fished and my dad had about a 6lb bass eat his bream while reeling it in! Pretty cool, only time i've seen that. Looks like a place that would hold some nice fish, similar to millers lake just smaller

I caught one a little over 7lbs in lake martin 5 years ago on a buzzbait. Thought it was a gator the splash was so big! My neighbor has caught several hogs out of there including one 10lber. The lake is very low right now, hopefully the rain brings it back to normal.
