Here is a few tips .
If the owner wont let you test run ....run away Always do a compression check , bad compression ....run away Ask plenty of questions about boat such as..use,maintenance,any problems (past,present)......owner dont give good answers...run away Remember just cause it looks good dont mean it aint junk..Take your time and you will find your boat.
