1911s have a great trigger but get heavy in your waistband all day long, not to mention a 7 round mag

If they have determined that a “high capacity” semiautomatic pistol and a .223 semiautomatic rifle with 30-round magazines are the best firearms for them to use to protect people like me and my family, they are obviously the best things for us to use to protect ourselves and our families .

thats the only thing I don't like about 1911 is the low mag cap. But its single stack mag so.

If you need more than 8 rounds your in a bind anyway. You would need a ak47. Lol. Seriously the 45 acp will drop a man cold in his track.

I like the .45 acp, when you pull the trigger & I can see daylight through the hole, makes me all giddy inside

The officer must not have been a very good shot. Shot a man 5 times with a 45 and the guy was still alive. Put one in his dome and it's all over.
