Tim....is P & P still located just down the road from where you work.

I got to know the origional owner just after he opened his first store in Baton Rouge. He wanted to sell top quality sporting stuff that nobody else sold in the area.

Yep.....they've been there as long as I've been alive.......I was in troop 224 which was sponsored by P&P so I have an emotional attachment to the place.......last time I was in there I was buying a Yakima system for my wife's car. It was 276 dollars with tax.......I had 270cash on me and was in a big hurry to leave town. Needed the rack to put our luggage on......dude said "we'll still be here when you get the other 6 bucks". I left, called another retailer, told him what I had and he had the rack waiting for me when I got there, and installed it.........he really pissed me off. Nothing like the original owners at all......
