Just got off the water. Hadn't planned to keep any fish ,but ended up catching 4 2 to 3 lb flounder. Very surprised for they were only in 5to 6 ft of water about 30 minutes before dark thirty. Trout were caught on 1/8 flutter hook and anything pearl white. My advice would be fish the rising to peak incoming tide. Good Luck and bring alot of patience.

There was a lot of surface activity the whole3 and hour's I fished.One water change was the sweet spot for the trout.
