Did you do anything with the main power lines from the battery and where they connect to the trolling motor? If so, check the connections.

If your circuit board has an "electrical strip" that you have to plug together.....try taking this apart and reconnect the strip.

Double check that you bought the correct circuit board.

Did you do anything to the propeller blade on the TM? It could be loose. Check the shear pin.
