He blocked 2 of the 3 boat ramps at Calcasieu Point.
But it is o.k., they were driving a Lexus. It is o.k. to do if you drive a high dollar SUV. Not if you drive a normal everyday vehicle.

Oh, okay. I didn't realize they were in a Lexus. I feel so foolish for being aggravated about it.....

*sigh*

No one did anything to the vehicle? Like maybe a pile of fish guts laid up on top of the muffler?
