Went to beach this morn. shrimp and croakers everywhere but water was very ugly. Friend of mine caught one nice trout in the surf and that was it. Went to the ship channel and picked up 5 more water looked good here but bite was slow

Was the ship channel full of waders on the West side?
Yesterday they were out in force.
