Montauk......Don't know how true this is, but my Dad says cedar will detour wood bee's. He says to take pieces of cedar limbs stick where the woods bees are & they'll leave. He has them between the tin & rafters on our porch at the camp.

Thats interesting,thanks. My problem is exactly that,they are eating up my rafters on my patio cover. There everywhere,eating up the wood so much there is saw dust everywhere.
