Damn, that was good
Came home and was in the mood for fish. Threw 2 fillets (redfish) on the grill. Made a bowl of tar-tar sauce. Got me 4 slices of bread, put tar-tar sauce on all 4 slices, fried some french fries, put them on one side. Put a sice of cheese on the fries, squirted some Heinz 57 sauce on the other side of the bread.... Laid fillet on the 57 and put 'em together. Woulda took pics, but was too hungry. I'm gonna call it my coonass fish sammich !

I still don't know who payed for my lunch, but thank you.......and my tip had better have stayed on that table!!!!!


On another note.......Jordan would look super cool with them glasses on and sportin a dirty Sanchez!!!!
