i was at the first one the other day the signs are tore down there and there was a guy fishing on the other side he just tied off and climbed over

you can fish close to the first weir but your not supposed to get out your boat there. first weir is not part of the refuge.

For those who got to much pier pressure; the state boys will be more than glad to issue sitations for those who just gotta stretch the limit of under stood rules.
