I looked at a "Hi-point" .40 cal. And a S&W .40 cal

S&W was $319 with a $50 mail in rebate

Hi-point was $149 at Nichols in Leesville

Still haven't made a deal

I have 2. 357 that stays in the bedroom and a colt .38 stainless revolver with 2" barrel that goes in the truck. The .38 is small enough to pull quick and with hollow points it will stop them.
