Just throw it out, not too far, and reel it in as fast as you can.....its that easy!!! Or put a weight 12 inchs in front of lure and bounce it off the bottom......good luck, hope this helps!

Fish it like you would fish a Rogue, Bomber, ect for bass, vary your retrieves until you hear the drag screeming and repeat.
I prefer to chunk it as far as I can, that is usually when all hell breaks loose.
