Nothing at all against Venice, But it's in it's own little world down there. They kinda set there own rules. If you have a problem w/ a local right or wrong it's usually gonna be your fault.

very true. when i fish venice ( 2 days a week at least) in the summer i try to keep to myself and not mess w/ anyone. grand isle is the same way

I found out the hard way & after watching it happen to others. I knew better but persisted on standing my ground.
