yeah the pecky cypress would be nice but that curly antique long leaf pine man talk about some figure that is some beautiful ****. can you get any thicker than 2" maybe 4" or 5" so we can re-saw it andbook match it while still havin a nice thick slab

all of the old pecca cypress is off of barns that were built in the thurties and older.they are all 2 inches thick.now, on the other hand i can get a 18x 18 inch x 18 foot long curly pine beam.ya think that would make a nice table?the only problem is that the curls dont show up good when its varnished or stained.any ideas? it would be great ta bookmatch that cypress, but they are all 2 inchers

finish it w/ tung oil it will be sweet

man thats great son.i love that knurled up curlypine. lemme get a price on that beam of curly pine, we can rip that bad boy.ill stay in contact,thanks pox, you da man son!!!!
